Vancouver Housing Market… More of the same! October sales reach 3,000 units for only the 4th time in 25 years. Prices continue to rise. The “Published Stats” The Real Estate Board of Greater Vancouver (REBGV) reports overall residential sales of Detached, Attached and Apartment properties reached 3,028 units in October 2007, an 11.2% increase over prior year unit sales of 2,722.   Total listings for all residential property types are consistent with, albeit slightly lower than prior year levels. Resale inventory is not building, meaning we remain in a “Seller’s Market”.
